Many of use grew up with a deficit of “I love yous” in our lives. Maybe our parents didn’t tell us often, or stopped telling us after childhood. We need to rebuild a new foundation – one where we look in the mirror and say – Hey Gorgeous! You’re amazing! I love you.

A visualization and mindfulness strategy

I created this new mini album because I wanted to create something for everyone. You may know that I have an audio program for pregnant women, and women tell me how much the meditations and visualizations helped them through pregnancy, birth and beyond. I wanted to use the same science-based techniques that I use in the pregnancy audio program and apply it to an easy-to-listen to album that everyone can use.

At the root of my passion for birth, is a deep desire to help people be who they were born to be. I believe that if babies are born into a loving, calm, peaceful environment, they have a better chance of living a life of health, fulfillment and joy. I’ve dedicated my life to a movement. A movement of people who want to make birth better, and therefore, life better.

In the same way that I offer coaching, teaching, therapy, and physical movement as a way for women to give birth with confidence, concentration and connection, I realize that what I offer is of benefit to all people. My “Birth Techniques” are really “Life Techniques.”

The Yes To Birth! Movement is for everyone, because, in fact, we were all born, and birth matters. Whether you were born 40 or 70 or 10 years ago, you can rebirth yourself every day.
