Refund and Cancellation Policy

A 75% refund will be given if you cancel your registration or give birth more than three weeks from the class start date. If you cancel your registration within three weeks of the start date, there is no refund. No refunds will be given if you miss a class, however, you can arrange for a video recording for $20.

Do note that the class may be canceled with one weeks notice if there are fewer than four couples registered. The full amount of the class will be refunded minus $60 for the audio program.

Download Policy

If you took Rachel’s class before 2014 and were using her CD, that is no longer available. We are happy to offer you a 20% discount on her significantly expanded Audio Relaxation Program that was released in 2014.

If you took Rachel’s class between 2014-2016, you received section one of Rachel’s Audio Relaxation Program as part of your class. This was included in your class fee. If for any reason you no longer have access to those tracks, we are happy to offer you 50% off section 1 making it $20 or 20% off the entire program making it $48.

If you took Rachel’s class after January 1, 2017, you received her entire audio relaxation program as part of the class. If this is a subsequent pregnancy and you need to download the program again, we are happy to have you do so for 50% off. You can also consider doing a private refresher class with Rachel in person or over Skype, and the entire audio program is included in the fee.

If you purchased any or all sections of Rachel’s Audio Relaxation program through her website in the last year, and have lost the ability to access the tracks, we are happy to have you download the program again 1 time for free.

Class Participants:

Each class participant is offered a one-time free download coupon for the entire “Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond” Audio Relaxation Program. If you should need to download the program a second time, please contact Devora and she will create a new coupon for you for a $10 fee.
