In this series, I teach women and their birth partners who want a non/low intervention birth, everything I think they need to know and practice for labor, birth, and immediate postpartum in the hospital, home birth or birth center.

This is NOT a standard childbirth education class. We do not cover the following topics: birth plans, interventions, protocols and procedures, common medical circumstances that arise, newborn procedures, & post-birth self care.
Please schedule a private 3 hour session to cover these topics.
How In Person Works
You are encouraged to take this in-person series if you live within a reasonable distance of the JCCSF. If you need to a class, notify Rachel in ADVANCE and arrange to receive a video recording for an additional $25. If possible watch the missed class before the next class.

How Live On-Line Works
You are encouraged to take this class if you live too far away to attend in person or have a work schedule that prevents you from attending 2 or more classes or being on time.
Each Session will be held using Zoom Video Conferencing.
